Due to the intimate nature of our swimwear, underwear, bodysuits, and related apparel, we maintain a strict returns policy to protect the health, safety, and hygiene of all our customers. With that being said:

For hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
Once an order has been delivered, we do not accept:

Refund requests

Store credit requests due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference

We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, size guides, and measurements before placing an order. If you need assistance selecting the correct size, don't hesitate to get in touch with us before completing your purchase.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during shipping, or

Defective due to a manufacturing fault,
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, Unknown Identity may, at its sole discretion:

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Items Not Eligible for Replacement
We cannot offer replacements or compensation for:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by improper washing, care, or storage

Minor colour variations due to screen or monitor settings

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.
Once an order has entered production, processing, or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
